On my holiday in Norfolk, we were at the beach at Burnham Overy Staithe and were on our way back to the car when we noticed a small frog trapped in the planks in the floor. It was wriggling around but could not move. We tried pulling it out, but that didn’t work so we had to think of something else. Suddenly, the poor frog stopped moving. I thought the worst, that it had died. I was on the verge of tears when it started to move again.
Then it came to us. We had a way to save the frog! We collected some small rocks and wedged them in between the planks. The planks gave way slightly but not enough that the frog could get free. We collected more stones and pushed them in between the planks. WE DID IT!!! Slowly but surely, the frog began to wriggle free and crawled under the planks.
THAT IS THE STORY OF HOW WE SAVED A FROG AT THE BEACH 😊 😊 😊 THIS IS A MESSAGE TO ALL CHILDREN TO SAVE ANIMALS WHEREVER THEY CAN, AND IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE A BIG THING. IF YOU SEE AN ANIMAL THAT’S HURT OR IN NEED OF HELP THEN DO ALL YOU CAN TO RESCUE IT.
